-8 Double DB Deadlifts + 4 Hang Power Clean + 8 front-rack reverse lunges (aim to perform 3-4 sets in time period)

-*2 Hang Power Cleans + 5 Front-Squat

-**2 Hang Squat Clean + 3 Front-Squats

-***1 Hang Snatch + 3 OHS

B.  DB 2-foot Elevated Split Squat – 2 x 12-15 per side; Rest 45 sec between sides and sets / **BB Back-Rack (Mod)

C. EMOM x 12-16

Odd- 8 Alt Plyo Step-Ups (*/**8 Box-Jump- 24/20) + 75 (**100) meter SB/MB Run (light)

Even- 40 Sec Bike/Row/Ski / */**13/10 Cal
