A. 3-4 Rounds with a partner:

12 Tough Russian KBS / */**6 Hang Power Snatches (moderate to tough)

25m Banded Partner Sprint

*Rest 90 sec as a team after second partner finishes. Alternate full rounds

B. 3-4 Rounds with a partner:

15 sec Row or Ski Sprint / *8-12 Unbroken CTB Pull Ups / **4-6 Unbroken Muscle Ups

30m Sled Push (moderate)

*Rest 90 sec as a team after second partner finishes. Alternate full rounds

C. 1-2 Rounds (Time Permitting):

30-40 sec Passive Bar Hang with diaphragmatic breathing / **15-20 sec SA Bar Hang in Hollow Body per side

6-8 Diaphragmatic Breaths in 90/90 Hip Stretch per side
