*Back Squat @ 30X1; 5 x 5 Reps (increase loading from 3 weeks ago); Rest 2 min between sets

**Back Squat @ 20X1; 4-3-2-2-2; Rest 2 min between sets

2-3 Turkish Get Ups per arm

50m Single Arm KB Front Rack + Single Arm Suitcase Carry per side
