A1. Alternating MB Scoop Throws; 3 x 6-8 per side

A2. Lunge Complex (forward, diagonal, lateral); 3 x 3-4x through complex per side

**DBs in hands

A3. Side Plank Over Arch; 3 x 8-12 per side

**GHD Side Bend w/ rotation at top; 3 x 8-12 per side

3-4 Sets:

400m Run/Row/Ski or .6 Mile Bike

10 Double KB Deadlifts (moderate) / **10 DB Power Cleans (50/35)

10 Plank Elbows to Hands (up + down =1) / *30 sec Handstand Hold (against wall) or 30m FLR Crawl / **10 HSPU
