A. Every 3:30 x 3-4 sets:

8 Banded KB Swings or 6-8 TnG Deadlifts (mod – fast turnover) / **5 TnG Power Cleans (moderate – fast turnover)

15-30m Sled Sprint (20 sec max)

B. Every 3:30 x 3-4 sets:

8 No Push-Up Burpees AFAP

10/8 Cal Bike/Row/Ski Sprint

C. 5-10 min cool down or 1-2 stretches of choice
