*In observance of President’s Day (2/17) we are hosting 9 & 10 AM classes ONLY. Please plan accordingly.

 

A1. Alternating MB Scoop Throw; 3 x 6-8 per side

A2. Pistol Squat to Box (Light load okay); 3 x 6-8 per leg

*Pistol Squat @ 30X1; 3 x 6-8 per leg

**KB Goblet Pistol Squat; 3 x 6-8 per leg

A3. KB/DB Suitcase Carry; 3 x 75m per side (1 Lap around building total)

3 Sets For Max Reps/Cals:

1 Min Air Squats / *Wall Balls (20/14) / **Wall Balls (30/20)

1 Min Alternating DB Hang Clean & Push Press (mod) / **(45-60/30-45)

1 Min Hand-Release Push Ups / *Ring Push Ups / **Ring Dips

1 Min Bike/Row/Ski

*Rest 2 min between sets
