Personal training is the best training solution for anyone who has highly specific goals or needs. If you’re also someone that prefers one to one athlete to coach ratio with highly flexible scheduling.
Fundamentals is our introductory program to STRATUM Group Training and consists of four one-on-one sessions scheduled at your convenience. This program is designed to teach you the basics and to ensure that you feel confident and prepared to join STRATUM Group Training.
Stratum Olympic weightlifting is a supplementary training class and allows our athletes to allocate more training capitol to the development of the Snatch, Clean & Jerk alongside the supportive lifts.
We’re excited to offer body composition testing as part of everyone’s Group Training membership. Utilizing InBody’s testing device we can measure body-fat percentage, muscle mass, and a myriad of other physical markers that help you measure your progress unlike ever before
