A. Complete 3-4 Rounds of the following Med Ball Circuit:

-6-8 Alternating Scoop Throws per side

-5-6 Lateral Lunge Slams per side

-6-8 Seated Lateral Throws per side

*Rest as needed between exercises


4-5 Rounds Each with a partner:

1 Suicide Run

15 Russian KBS (mod to tough)

15 Sit Ups / *15 Hollow Rocks / **12 GHD Sit Ups / ***15 GHD Sit Ups (must be able to do 20+ UB TTB pre-req)

*Alternate full rounds or each individual movement, your choice
