40 Strict Pull Ups (light band okay) / *20 Rope Climbs / **40 Muscle Ups

80 DB Thrusters / **80 Thrusters (95/65)

120 Med Ball Slams (30-40/20-30)

160 Cal Bike/Row/Ski

*One person working at a time, can go in any order
