At 10:00 mark – 

3 Rounds:

25 Wall Balls

75m KB Front Rack Carry / **75m Front Rack Carry + 1 Pegboard Ascent

 

At 20:00 mark – 

Run Long Loop or 1600m Row/Ski or 2.0 mile Bike
