Stratum Vitality Challenge Day 1 (Monday)

The Vitality Challenge starts today people! It you haven’t signed up already you can still do so today by clicking the link here! I look forward to 6 weeks of learning, progress and big transformations!

 

A. Every 4:00 x 3-4 sets:

10 Double KB Swings (mod to tough) / *8 Double KB Hang Cleans (tough) / **6 TnG Hang Power Cleans (moderate – fast turnover)

12/10 Cal Bike Sprint

B. Every 4:00 x 3-4 sets:

20 sec Row or Ski Sprint / **8/6 Fast Unbroken Muscle Ups

30m Sled Push (fast turnover)

C. 5 min cool down or 1-2 stretches of choice
