1 – 16 Alternating Single Arm Russian KBS / **8 Single Arm KB Snatches per side

2 – 30 Sec Burpees

3 –  8 Plyo Step Ups + 8 Hanging Knee Raises / */**8 Box Jump Overs + 8 TTB

4 – 30 Sec Bike/Row/Ski @ 90%

2-3 Sets For Quality:

30 sec Gymnastics Skills Practice (MU, Handstands, CTB, TTB, etc)

8-10 Alternating Banded Deadbugs per side (mini band around midfoot)

15-20 Crossover Symmetry Reverse Flys (light to medium band tension)
