5 Med Ball Reverse Shot Tosses (Explosive reps)

*Rest 30-60 sec

25m Banded Partner Sprint

*Rest to recovery

B. Every 5:00 x 2-3 sets:

200m Run/Row/Ski or .3 Mile Bike

15 Burpees

200m Run/Row/Ski or .3 Mile Bike (Choose different option from above)

*Switch order of movements each set

C. 5 min cooldown or 1-2 stretches of choice
