EMOM x 16-20:

1- 12 Slam Balls + 30 Single Unders / **12 Slam Balls + 30 Double Unders

2 – 1 Lap Run @ 90%

3 –  12 Step Ups + 30 Single Unders / *10 Box Jumps (24/20) + 30 Double Unders / **8 Burpee Box Jump Overs (24/20)

4 – 30 Sec Bike/Row/Ski @ 90%

2-3 Sets For Quality:

20-30 sec Gymnastics Skill Practice (Handstands, Butterfly Pull Ups, Muscle Ups, etc) or 2-3 Turkish Get Ups per side (any variation you’d like)

8-10 Light DB Powell Raises from Side Plank per side

15-20 Crossover Symmetry Neutral Grip Rows (medium to heavy band tension)
