-10-12 Double DB RDLs @ 30X0 / *6-8 Barbell RDLs @ 30X0 / **4-6 TnG Deadlifts @ 30X0

2-3 Sets For Quality:

15-20 sec Alternating Single Arm Battle Rope Slams

2-3 KB or DB Turkish Get Ups per side

15-20 Ring Reverse Crunches or 16-20 Alternating DB Windshield Wipers (your choice) / **15-20 GHD Sit Ups

*Rest as needed between exercises
