A. Every 3:30 x 3-4 sets:

10 KB Goblet Squat Jumps (light) / *10 Unbroken Heavy Wall Balls (must be 30+/20+) / **5 TnG Squat Cleans (mod – fast turnover)

10 Burpees AFAP / **10 Burpees Over Bar AFAP

B. Every 3:30 x 3-4 sets:

12 Slam Balls / */**10 Banded KB Swings

15 sec Bike Sprint or 20 sec Row/Ski Sprint

C. 5 min cool down or 1-2 stretches of choice

 

At Home WOD:

A. 6 rounds:

30 secs – Push ups

Rest 30 secs

30 secs – Dips (Bench, chair, box)

Rest 60 secs

B. 4 sets – 2 mins on 2 mins off:

20 air squats

20 Supermans

Max Burpees / */**wall walks (if no wall Straddle Pike HSPU) in remaining time
