**Barbell Incline Press; 3-4 x 4-6 reps; Rest exactly 15 sec

A2. Staggered Stance Supinated Grip DB Bent Over Row; 3-4 x 10-12 per side; Rest exactly 15 sec

A3. Crossover Symmetry Prone Grip Reverse Fly; 3-4 x 15-20 reps; Rest to recovery

15-30m Burpee Broad Jump (Quality/Explosive focus)

30-40m Sled Push (moderate – smooth steady pace)

16-20 Ring Reverse Crunches or 16-20 Alternating DB Windshield Wipers (your choice)
