*2-3 Cleans (from hang or floor) w/ pause below knee Every 90 sec x 5-6 sets

**1.1 Power or Squat Snatches Every 90 sec x 5-6 sets

B. Double DB or Goblet KB Crossover Step Up; 3 x 6-8 per leg

*Back Squat @ 31X1; 3 x 4-5 reps

**Back Squat @ 21X1; 3 x 2-3 reps
