8-10 Goblet KB Bulgarian Split Squats per leg / */**8-10 Back Squats @ 20X1

*Rest 45-60 sec

75-100m KB/DB Farmers Carry (Tough) / **40-50m Tough Farmers Handle Carry

*Rest 90-120 sec

3 Sets of the following 4 Min AMRAP:

60 Single Unders / **48 Double Unders

6 Hang DB Snatches per side (moderate) / */**12 TnG Power Snatches (75/55)

12/9 Cal Bike/Row/Ski

*Rest 1 min between sets and pick up where you left off
