*Rest 45-60 sec

5-6 Lateral Lunge Med Ball Slam per side

*Rest 90-120 sec

B. 3 Sets For Quality:

8-10 Bilateral Elevated Split Squats per leg

15m Lateral Sled Drag per side

8-10 DB Renegade Push Up Rows

*Rest as needed between movements/sets
