Jeff Feasby

Jeff has been a member since 2012 and has been a fixture of the 4:30 class. Originally from Boulder, Colorado, Jeff grew up enjoying the outdoors - hiking, climbing, camping, and snowboarding competitively. After graduating from the University of Colorado, Jeff moved to San Diego for graduate school. Jeff had always been active and lifted weights, but a decade behind the desk took its tool on his health. He was overweight and out of shape. Jeff came across Stratum and it changed everything. He dedicated himself to learning all that he could and improving himself as an athlete. The unique community at Stratum kept him coming back. He lost 50 pounds and began competing in different CrossFit events. By age 45, he was the fittest he had ever been. Although he doesn’t compete as much as he used to, Jeff still enjoys pushing himself and getting better. Jeff is married and has three kids. His son Barrett occasionally works out with us at Stratum. Jeff also plays in a competitive touch football league every week. He loves music, snowboarding/skiing, dogs, and building lego sets. In his spare time Jeff is a trial attorney specializing in business litigation.
