Stratum’s Personal Training program is designed for members seeking more focused guidance when it comes to their health and fitness.
Whether you are new to working out, have specific goals in mind, are working around injuries or limitations, or have a hectic work schedule Stratum’s personal training program is just for you!
You’ll be working alongside one of our highly trained and skilled coaches in a 1 on 1 setting or in small groups of 2 to 4 other members. Each day your coach will design a customized workout based on your health and fitness goals.
Each session lasts 50 to 60 minutes and will generally include a warm-up, strength training, HIIT or cardio, mobility work, and a cool down.
Our personal training members have seen improvements in their body composition, their strength, overall energy, mobility, and confidence in the gym.
